Bill Title: As enacted, permits a region to multiply by three the gross weight of any aluminum cans and plastic bottles that are diverted from Class I municipal solid waste disposal facilities and incinerators located within the geographic area encompassed by the region for purposes of calculating the total percentage waste reduction and diversion that the region has achieved. - Amends TCA Title 5; Title 6; Title 7; Title 62, Chapter 9 and Title 68.
