Bill Title: As introduced, requires, instead of authorizes, a judge to transfer a child to adult court for latest conduct, if the child engages in conduct that would constitute an offense for which the child may be transferred to adult court or a criminal gang offense and the child has a prior adjudication of delinquency for conduct that would constitute a transfer offense or a criminal gang offense. - Amends TCA Title 37, Chapter 1, Part 1.
