Bill Title: As introduced, requires retailers to advertise price of diesel fuel in U.S. liquid gallons; prohibits retailers from knowingly advertising price of diesel fuel in such a manner as to falsely imply that price of diesel fuel offered for sale is actually price of gasoline offered for sale; classifies violations as unfair and deceptive acts under the Consumer Protection Act. - Amends TCA Title 47, Chapter 18; Title 47, Chapter 26 and Title 47, Chapter 25, Part 6.
