Bill Title: As introduced, requires a parent who has reasonable cause to believe a child is missing to report to law enforcement within 12 hours if the child is under nine years of age or 24 hours if the child is nine years of age or older; states that nothing shall prevent a parent from reporting a child missing or law enforcement from investigating a missing child as soon as a parent discovers that the child may be missing. - Amends TCA Title 37.
