Bill Title: As enacted, limits who may petition the Davidson County chancery court for appointment of a receiver to take charge of a cemetery to the commissioner of commerce and insurance, by removing the present authority for a lot owner or descendant or next of kin of a lot owner to so petition the court; specifies that dissolution of receivership based on eliminating a deficiency in the improvement care trust fund is only required when such deficiency was the sole ground for the receivership. - Amends TCA Title 46, Chapter 1, Part 3.
