Bill Title: As introduced, requires comptroller of the treasury to study the recruiting and retention practices for senior executives in the department of commerce and insurance and the bureau of TennCare as well as their career paths over the last 10 years and identify any issues relating to conflict of interest or the appearance of a conflict of interest; and report concerning findings and recommendations of the study to the chairs of the health committee of the house of representatives, the insurance and banking committee of the house of representatives, the health and welfare committee of the senate, and the commerce and labor committee of the senate on or before January 15, 2019. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 8; Title 56 and Title 71.
