Bill Title: As introduced, allows home school students, including those in schools conducted by parents associated with an organization that conducts church-related schools, to participate in extracurricular athletics if the student meets the academic and conduct standards required of other participants; prohibits, subject to certain conditions, charging home school students participation fees by public schools and tuition by private schools. - Amends TCA Section 49-50-801 and Title 49, Chapter 6.
