Bill Title: As introduced, exempts the booking and processing area used by a municipal police department for photographing and fingerprinting defendants and the room used by general sessions courts to hold prisoners in the courthouse who have been transferred from jail to the courthouse for arraignments and preliminary hearings from the standards of the Tennessee state corrections institute. - Amends TCA Title 41, Chapter 4.
