Bill Title: As enacted, makes various revisions to the Tennessee Promise Scholarship Act; clarifies a student will no longer be eligible for the Tennessee Promise scholarship once the student has attended an eligible postsecondary institution as a Tennessee Promise scholarship student for five semesters if the institution is on a semester system, or its equivalent if the institution is on a system other than a semester system. - Amends TCA Title 49, Chapter 4, Part 7.
