Bill Title: As enacted, requires that certain heath care facilities and provides who provide medical care to newborns as well as obstetricians who provide routine care for prenatal patients must make available information and instruction concerning the appropriate use and techniques of infant cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) to at least one parent or caregiver of a newborn infant. - Amends TCA Title 63 and Title 68.
