Bill Title: As enacted, allows county election commission to consolidate one or more polling places from one or more precincts upon request from a municipality for a municipal election not held in conjunction with any other election; requires the county election commission, immediately after consolidating polling places from one or more precincts within a municipality, to publish a notice of the consolidation in a newspaper of general circulation in the county. - Amends TCA Section 2-3-101.
