Bill Title: As introduced, requires all owners of dangerous, vicious, and wild animals to secure minimal liability insurance of $100,000 within 60 days from the date the owner knows or should reasonably know that the animal is a dangerous, vicious, or wild animal. - Amends TCA Title 39 and Title 44.
