Bill Title: As enacted, changes age group to which offense of underage driving while impaired statute applies from 16–21 to 16–18 and gives judge the authority to order the issuance of a restricted license, including interlock device, to 16–18 year olds committing underage driving while impaired. - Amends TCA Title 55, Chapter 10, Part 4.
