Bill Title: As introduced, grants a tenured teacher a $5,000 bonus, to be paid from the education trust fund, if the teacher receives a performance evaluation of "above expectations" or better for at least four years during any five-year period after the beginning of the 2017-2018 school year; excludes supervisors, principals, and directors of schools from eligibility for such bonus. - Amends TCA Title 49, Chapter 5, Part 5.
