Bill Title: As introduced, eliminates reimbursement for airline travel by members of the general assembly living 100 miles or more from Nashville to Nashville during legislative sessions; prohibits reimbursement for airline travel to instate committee meetings; limits reimbursement for airline travel to out-of-state committee meetings to one ticket per year. - Amends TCA Section 3-1-106.
