Bill Title: As introduced, adds limestone to the definition of "mineral" for purposes of applying the requirements of the Tennessee Mineral Surface Mining Law of 1972 to limestone; prohibits the issuance of a permit to conduct surface mining on land that is located within 2,000 feet of a property line of a park or community education center, 500 feet of any other property line, 1,200 feet of a residential structure, or one mile of a dam. - Amends TCA Title 13, Chapter 7; Title 59; Title 69, Chapter 11 and Title 69, Chapter 3.
