Bill Title: As enacted, removes restriction that off-highway vehicles only be operated during daylight hours during one day of each of two weekends per year in which the vehicles may be operated in Scott County; specifies that the off-highway vehicles may be operated until 12:00 midnight. - Amends TCA Section 55-8-185.
