Bill Title: As enacted, removes a statutory reference to notice provisions of the Governmental Tort Liability Act that are no longer in existence; establishes certain immunity for local board of education and school official in regard to entry or use of school property by others outside of regularly scheduled school activities. - Amends TCA Title 29, Chapter 20.
