Bill Title: As enacted, requires a person to obtain an automotive mobility dealer license from the motor vehicle commission, prior to engaging or continuing in the business of an automotive mobility dealer after March 1, 2011; revises provisions governing automobile clubs and associations. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 9; Title 47; Title 54; Title 55 and Title 65.
