Bill Title: As introduced, allows a person convicted of a misdemeanor offense for the first time who is put on probation, successfully completes probation and does not commit another offense for three years, to have public records of misdemeanor conviction expunged. - Amends TCA Title 40, Chapter 32, Part 1.
