Bill Title: As introduced, requires the department of education, for purposes of determining overall student growth and achievement for a school under the jurisdiction of the ASD, to only consider the achievement growth of students originally zoned to the school prior to the school's placement under the jurisdiction of the ASD. - Amends TCA Title 49, Chapter 1, Part 6.
