Bill Title: As introduced, expands from 60 days to 75 days, the period in which the air pollution control board may hold hearings to review recommendations by the board's technical secretary to deny certificates of exemption filed by local governmental entities to adopt their own air quality regulations. - Amends TCA Section 68-201-115.
