Bill Title: As introduced, removes convicted felons whose voting rights have been restored from those persons or classes prohibited from being bail bondsmen, agents of bail bondsmen, or surety companies and directly or indirectly receiving any benefits from the execution of a bail bond. - Amends TCA Section 40-11-128.
