Bill Title: As introduced, extends from 10 days to 10 business days the amount of time in which an operator has to file a request for a hearing with regard to a hold order placed by the commissioner of agriculture on any food that is in violation of the Tennessee Retail Food Safety Act. - Amends TCA Title 53 and Title 68.
