Bill Title: As introduced, clarifies that the required notice in facilities and physician offices regarding the illegality of being coerced to have an abortion must be written and displayed in such a manner that a reasonable person to whom it applies should have noticed it. - Amends TCA Title 39, Chapter 15, Part 2; Title 63, Chapter 6; Title 63, Chapter 9 and Title 68, Chapter 11, Part 2.
