Bill Title: As introduced, clarifies that privately owned trailers are exempt from registration, and trailers used in the furtherance of a business must be registered in the same manner as commercial freight trailers, semi-trailers, and pole trailers are registered. - Amends TCA Title 9; Title 54; Title 55 and Title 67.
