Bill Title: As introduced, changes the requirement for the business plan that must be filed in order to qualify for the job tax credit from requiring that it be filed "on or before the last day of the fiscal year in which the investment is made" to instead require that it be filed "in a manner prescribed by the commissioner." - Amends TCA Title 55 and Title 67.
