Bill Title: As enacted, clarifies that each court clerk possessing records subject to an expunction order is required to remove and destroy the records within 60 days of the date of the expunction order rather than the date of the filing of the petition; requires any court ordering the expunction of a person's records to send a copy of the order to the TBI within 30 days of the order; requires the TBI to remove expunged records from a person's criminal history within 60 days from the receipt of the expunction order. - Amends TCA Title 40, Chapter 32.
