Bill Title: As enacted, provides that the willful failure of a misdemeanor probationer to pay the supervision fee, whether to a private or governmental entity, is a ground for violation of probation and the supervising entity is to report all incidents of nonpayment to the sentencing judge. - Amends TCA Title 40, Chapter 35, Part 3.
