Bill Title: As enacted, adds, in regard to the authorization for duly authorized local governmental officials to review tax returns and information to ascertain whether taxes are being paid, that such officials may also access such information to determine whether allocations from state levied taxes are being distributed to the correct unit of local government; requires that certain information be excluded. - Amends TCA Title 67, Chapter 1, Part 17.
