Bill Title: Memorializing the United States Congress to propose and submit to the states for ratification an amendment to the United States Constitution providing that any provision of law or regulation of the United States can be repealed if two-thirds of the state legislatures approve resolutions for that purpose and requesting that the legislatures of the other states join this state in urging Congress to propose and submit to the states for ratification a "Repeal Amendment."
