| relating to the preparation of certain election forms. | ||
| BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: | ||
| SECTION 1. Section 87.122, Election Code, is amended by | ||
| adding Subsection (e) to read as follows: | ||
| (e) For each election precinct in the territory served by | ||
| the early voting clerk in a county with a population of more than | ||
| one million, the clerk shall prepare and print any signature | ||
| roster, poll list, or combination form required under Chapter 63 | ||
| and include on each, as appropriate, a statement printed next to the | ||
| name of each person from the list prepared under Subsection (a) that | ||
| clearly indicates the person has voted an early voting ballot by | ||
| personal appearance or has been sent an early voting ballot to be | ||
| voted by mail. | ||
| SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2013. | ||
