| BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: | ||
| SECTION 1. Subchapter D, Chapter 212, Local Government | ||
| Code, is repealed. | ||
| SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2019. | ||
