BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: | ||
SECTION 1. Section 39.106(e), Education Code, is amended to | ||
read as follows: | ||
(e) For each year a campus is assigned an unacceptable | ||
performance rating, a campus intervention team shall: | ||
