relating to the use of the compensatory education allotment for a | ||
school district's school guidance and counseling program. | ||
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: | ||
SECTION 1. Section 42.152, Education Code, is amended by | ||
adding Subsection (c-4) to read as follows: | ||
(c-4) Notwithstanding Subsection (c), funds allocated under | ||
this section may be used to fund a district's school guidance and | ||
counseling program under Subchapter A, Chapter 33. | ||
SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2017. |
