A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
 
AN ACT
  relating to the appropriation of money from the general revenue
  fund to the Texas Water Development Board to provide a grant to the
  Angelina and Neches River Authority to be used by the authority for
  the purpose of obtaining preconstruction permits or other
  authorizations for the proposed Lake Columbia reservoir project.
         BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
         SECTION 1.  The amount of $13 million is appropriated from
  the general revenue fund to the Texas Water Development Board to be
  used by the board during the state fiscal biennium beginning
  September 1, 2013, to provide a grant to the Angelina and Neches
  River Authority to be used by the authority for the purpose of
  obtaining any permits or other authorizations needed for the
  construction of the proposed Lake Columbia reservoir project
  authorized by Permit to Appropriate State Water No. 4228
  (Application No. 4537).
         SECTION 2.  This Act takes effect September 1, 2013.
