BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: | ||
SECTION 1. Section 2052.055, Occupations Code, is amended | ||
to read as follows: | ||
Sec. 2052.055. COMBATIVE SPORTS [ |

the commission's approval, may appoint a combative sports [ |

||
(b) If the commission elects to appoint an advisory board | ||

(3) the purpose and duties of the board [ |
||
SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2015. |
