A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
 
AN ACT
  relating to the 444th Judicial District.
         BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
         SECTION 1.  Section 24.60, Government Code, is amended to
  read as follows:
         Sec. 24.60.  444th JUDICIAL DISTRICT (CAMERON COUNTY and
  Willacy County).  (a)  The 444th Judicial District is composed of
  Cameron County and Willacy County.
         (b)  Notwithstanding Section 24.601, the 444th Judicial
  District shall not be limited to cases involving family law matters
  when sitting in Willacy County.
         SECTION 2.  This Act takes effect September 1, 2011.
