relating to the 444th Judicial District. | ||
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: | ||
SECTION 1. Section 24.60, Government Code, is amended to | ||
read as follows: | ||
Sec. 24.60. 444th JUDICIAL DISTRICT (CAMERON COUNTY and | ||
Willacy County). (a) The 444th Judicial District is composed of | ||
Cameron County and Willacy County. | ||
(b) Notwithstanding Section 24.601, the 444th Judicial | ||
District shall not be limited to cases involving family law matters | ||
when sitting in Willacy County. | ||
SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2011. |
