Summary
Oleoresin Capsicum Spray Pilot Program of 2011 - Directs the Bureau of Prisons to conduct a pilot program to determine the effectiveness of the routine issuance of Oleoresin Capsicum spray (pepper spray) to staff. Directs the Government Accountability Office (GAO) to report on an evaluation of such pilot program and on tools to improve officer safety in federal prisons.
