Summary
Bridge to Jobs Act - Authorizes the Secretary of Transportation (DOT) to provide grants to states to repair or replace bridges the Federal Highway Administration has found to be structurally deficient. Allows states to use the grants to cover costs directly or indirectly related to the repair or replacement of such bridges, including administrative expenses and job training costs.
