Summary
Tribal Digital Access Act of 2017 This bill amends the Communications Act of 1934 to extend to Indian reservations, dependent Indian communities, Indian allotments, and areas with high populations of Indian people the universal service principle that telecommunications and information services in rural, insular, and high cost areas should be accessible at rates reasonably comparable to urban areas.
