Summary
Women's Excellence of Care and Accessibility Review and Evaluation Act or the WE CARE Act - Directs the Secretary of Defense (DOD) to: (1) conduct a comprehensive review of women-specific health services and treatment available for female members of the Armed Forces, and (2) report review results to the congressional defense committees.
