Summary
Directs the Secretary of Defense (DOD) to ensure that no family member of an individual detained at Naval Station Guantanamo Bay, Cuba (Guantanamo), is permitted to visit such individual. Includes as an individual detained at Guantanamo one located there on or after March 7, 2011, who: (1) is not a citizen of the United States or a member of the U.S. Armed Forces, and (2) is in the custody or control of DOD.
Title
