Summary

Saguaro National Park Boundary Expansion and Study Act of 2013 - Amends the Saguaro National Park Establishment Act of 1994 to modify further the boundaries of Saguaro National Park to include specified land. Allows the Secretary of the Interior, with the consent of the State of Arizona, to acquire from the state land or interests in land within the boundary of the Park. Directs the Secretary to conduct a study to identify lands that would be a part of any future boundary adjustments for the Park. Instructs that such study examine the natural, cultural, recreational, and scenic values and characters of the lands identified.
