Summary

To repeal titles I and II of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act. This bill amends the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act to repeal Title I (Financial Stability) and Title II (Orderly Liquidation Authority). The bill revives or restores the provisions of law amended or repealed by such titles as if the titles had not been enacted.
