Summary

Requires the Department of Defense to establish a policy under which a certified lead-based paint inspector or risk assessor may access a military installation in order to conduct lead testing. The bill requires the imposition of penalties upon military personnel for failure to provide testing results to relevant government agencies (the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in the case of an installation located outside the United States) or obstruction of the testing.
