Summary

Requires the Assistant Secretary of Homeland Security (Transportation Security Administration), in coordination with the Terrorist Screening Center, to include on the no fly list any individual who was a detainee housed, on or after January 1, 2009, at the Naval Station in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.
