Summary

To amend the Fair Minimum Wage Act of 2007 to postpone a scheduled increase in the minimum wage applicable to American Samoa. This Act amends the Fair Minimum Wage Act of 2007 to extend through 2016 the postponement of the scheduled increase in the applicable minimum wage rate for each American Samoa industry and classification, pending the Government Accountability Office's triennial report on the impact of these past and future minimum wage increases.
