Summary

Wire Clarification Act of 2011 - Amends the federal criminal code to provide that criminal penalties under such code and other provisions of federal law for transmitting bets and wages on sporting events or contests shall not apply to any bet or wager that is permissible under the Interstate Horseracing Act of 1978.
