Summary

No Fees for Lost Baggage Act This bill amends the FAA Extension, Safety, and Security Act of 2016 to direct the Department of Transportation to require any common carrier (currently, any air carrier) to provide a refund of fees to air passengers for delayed or lost checked baggage.
